ExP work with technology businesses to help them find, train and coach their SDRs, BDRs, Junior Sales Reps etc etc. But what we care about is helping everyone we work with to improve. What do you need to do?

You will be part of a team responsible for finding, interviewing and presenting candidates to our clients. We typically are recruiting for sales teams in tech companies, so we are looking for hungry, humble and people-smart graduates, or graduate calibre individuals looking for their first or second job. Your day to day will involve searching through LinkedIn and other job boards to find candidates, networking and building your personal network through referrals and events, interviewing over the phone, and selecting candidates that have the experience, attributes and potential that our clients are looking for.

You will have targets, shared in the team you work in to find specific numbers of qualified candidates, so teamwork and communication skills are essential. You will spend significant time on the phone, so be prepared.
